BOOKS of ideas

Britvic wanted an inspirational sales tool to help them persuade hotel chains to increase their orders of soft drinks and generally improve and elevate the soft drinks category within the hotel channel. After an in-depth brainstorm with the Britvic clients, a series of ideas were scamped & fleshed out, which included a virtual concierge, augmented drinks menus, glass glorifiers and premium business meeting packages.

The 60+ ideas were put together into a Menu of Ideas book that segmented the concepts into chapters relating to the different core environments within a typical hotel setting: reception, lounge/bar area, restaurant, bedroom, function room, sports/spa and staff room.
Each idea was illustrated with bespoke visuals and was further enhanced with guest insights and concept descriptions.

The Contract Catering Big Book of Ideas was developed next, so that Britvic could inspire their catering clients, showing them how soft drinks sales could be increased via clever and inspirational new concepts, including innovative dispense systems, hologram waitresses and various NPD. Core areas where soft drinks could make a difference within the workplace were focused on and ideas were placed in chapters to follow the consumer journey from the moment staff entered the office. It was decided to make this book digital, so that it could be interactive and provide more ideation & conceptualisations than a hard copy book could. The extra interactivity allowed for a deeper dive into the ideas on show through embedded videos, instructional gifs and a wide variety of pop-up concept visuals.
